Introduction
Juglans regia is 20-25 meters high, the trunk is shorter than that of other species, the canopy is broad, the bark is grayish-green when young, grayish-white and longitudinally shallowly lobed when old, the twigs are glabrous, shiny, shield-like glands, grayish-green, and later brownish. The leaflets are usually 5-9, the inflorescence is short, the fruit is proposing, with 1-3 fruits, the fruit is nearly spherical, 4-6 cm in diameter, glabrous, flowering in May, fruiting in October.
