  • Introduction
    Handroanthus impetiginosus is a small deciduous tree with an open crown, sparse branches, sparse foliage, and a pale gray bark that is nearly smooth. When the temperature is below 5°C or when the winter is dry, the leaves begin to bloom at the same time, and the young trees have few green leaves when they bloom, and the mature trees have almost no leaves when they are in full bloom. The leaves begin to fall in November, the flowers begin to bloom at the end of November, the flowering period is generally from December to March of the following year, the leaf development period is from February to March, and the fruiting period is from March to April.
