    Dimocarpus longan Lour Lour petioles 15-30 cm long or longer, leaflets 4-5 pairs, rarely 3 or 6 pairs, thin leathery, oblong-elliptic to oblong-lanceolate, often asymmetrical on both sides, 6-15 cm long, 2.5-5 cm wide, inflorescences large, multi-branched, apical and nearly axillary at the apex, densely covered with stellate hairs, fruit nearly spherical, 1.2-2.5 cm in diameter, usually yellowish brown or sometimes grayish-yellow.
