  • Introduction
    Coffea canephora is 4-8 m high, the lateral branches are long and drooping, the base is smooth, the epidermis is grayish-white, the young branches are glabrous and flattened. Leaves thick, papery, elliptic, ovate-oblong or lanceolate, 15-30 cm long, 6-12 cm wide, apex acute, acutely apex 10-18 mm long, base wedge-shaped, sometimes slightly obtuse, entire-marginal or shallowly wavy, glabrous on both sides, less veins axillary or glabrous, lateral veins 10-12 on each side, slightly spread, veins reticulated, distinct, petioles stout, 10-20 mm long, pedicels triangular, 7 mm long, connate at the base at first, apex acute, broadly triangular on old branches.
