Total RNA-Seq of Nymphaea minuta from WLP

Purpose of research

We summarized the comparison and annotation of all small RNAs with other types of RNAs. Small RNA sequences are short, and it is generally easy to match different fragments, so there are multiple annotation results. In order to make each small RNA have a unique comment, the existing comment results are sorted according to the priority of known miRNA > rRNA > tRNA > snRNA > snoRNA > novel miRNA.

Materials and methods

First, the raw data is de-jointed and mass filtered, and the filtered sequences are de-processed (that is, the identical sequences are merged and the corresponding abundance of the sequences is recorded). Then, the de-duplicated sequences were compared with Rfan and miRBase databases to obtain the annotation information of various SRnas. If the species under test has a reference genome, the sequence to the reference genome will be compared for a new miRNA prediction analysis.
