1. What is the SCCP?

We present Sulfur-Containing Compounds Genes prediction Tool (SCCGs_Prediction), a machine learning method to predict Sulfur-Containing Compounds associated genes from protein sequences. To facilitate the scientific use SCCGs_Prediction, we developed the SCCP v1.0 web server based on SCCGs_Prediction.

2. What is the structure of SCCP?

The SCCP offered a list of functions, including Home, Species, Download, SCCGs Prediction, Userguide, Links, Submit. Users could find information easily through this menu.

3. How can I cite SCCP?

More and more people are always welcome to use the SCCP data in their own work. If you use SCCP data, function or tool in your work, please cite related papers in homepages.

5. How can I submit data to SCCP?

We encourage users of SCCP to share their data with the research community. In our database, we provide a function of Submit. You can submit your data using Submit function.

In the menu, we provide a function of Download. For research purposes, you can download any data without any restrictions. But for commercial usage, you need contact us first.
