We present Sulfur-Containing Compounds Genes prediction Tool (SCCGs_Prediction), a machine learning method to predict Sulfur-Containing Compounds associated genes from protein sequences. To facilitate the scientific use SCCGs_Prediction, we developed the SCCP v1.0 web server based on SCCGs_Prediction. We believe that SCCGs_Prediction can be a useful tool for the Sulfur-Containing Compounds research community. The database contains 7 parts, including Home, Species, Download, SCCGs Prediction, Userguide, Links, Submit. SCCP will be continuously updated and more and more new function will be generated in the future. SCCP are freely available for all academic and non-commercial users.
