PlantCV Image Analysis

Upload Image File (PNG, JPG, TIFF):

Select a single image file for shape analysis.

Upload Labeled Mask File (Optional, e.g., TIFF, PNG):

Provides a pre-computed labeled mask (e.g., 32-bit integer TIFF where 0=background, objects are 1, 2,...). Overrides internal segmentation and binary mask.

Upload Binary Mask File (Optional, e.g., PNG, TIFF):

Provides a pre-computed binary mask (black and white). Used if Labeled Mask is not provided. Overrides internal thresholding.

Shape Analysis Parameters

Debug Mode: None (No debug images) Print (Save intermediate images) Set debug level for the shape analysis script. 'Print' saves images.

Manual Threshold Value (Optional): 0-255. If blank, Otsu's thresholding is used automatically.

Run Shape Analysis
